How do I Order by Mail?
To order by mail and pay with a check (US Bank and US funds only) or money order (US Bank and US funds only).
Go through the online checkout process as if you were paying with a credit card.
When asked to select a Payment Method - Select Check/Money Order
Continue through the check-out process.
When you finally click the "Submit Order" button - An invoice/order form will be created for you to print.
HOW TO PRINT: In the bottom left corner click on the "Print invoice" button.
A new window will open. Click on the Printer icon usually found in Internet Explorer
somewhere on the second line from the very top of the window. (HINT: Put your mouse cursor on the little pictures for a couple of seconds - a description should appear.) ;-)
To CLOSE THE WINDOW after the Invoice prints - click the x in the far upper right corner.
If this is too complicated or just too much work, check your email and print the Invoice there.
However you print it, this invoice MUST arrive with your payment, otherwise we cannot process and ship your order.
Orders without an Invoice or Invoice # on the Check or Money Order WILL BE CANCELED AND CHECK OR MONEY ORDER WILL BE RETURNED.
